This website is owned and operated by Salalo Amot. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Salalo Amot. These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website at www.salaloamot.com.  By accessing/and placing an order, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the case of any unexpected change in price, we will inform you so that you may reconsider whether or not you wish to proceed with your order. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (S$, SGD). The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment gateway. Postage fees will be added to all international orders with rates clearly displayed at check-out. The recipient is responsible for any taxes and fees that may be charged in the delivery country.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and, therefore, accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to issue a full refund for the item.

We use the following third-party payment gateways to process payments made on the website: Stripe, PayPal, AliPay, PayNow. Salalo Amot does not process or hold any payment details.

The jewellery you receive may not be exactly as pictured, as most pieces are handmade and may have some small variation. Similarly, natural gemstones may contain inclusions and small blemishes. We do not consider these to be defects. We accept returns and exchanges within a 14-day period on regular-priced items only. Items purchased on sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

One-on-one exchanges are not always possible due to the limited quantities that our items are produced in. Instead, we will issue a voucher that can be used on our online store within six months.

A few easy steps for a refund or exchange:

​

1. Use our contact form to request a refund or exchange. Don’t forget to include your order number.

2. Wait for us to email you the postal address to return your item.

3. Ship the product back to us unworn and in the original pouch. Please ensure you use enough cushioning and a suitable box. Sorry, we are unable to pay for return shipments.

4. After we receive the item, we will verify that it is in its original condition. We will process your refund if that is what you requested. In case of an exchange, we will issue you a voucher for the value of the item.

In case you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please email us photos of the damaged/incorrect item at sales@salaloamot.com within 3 days of receiving the item, and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation. We will confirm the refund/exchange process after verifying the situation. Please note that once we verify and process a refund/exchange, the item will need to be returned unworn in the original packaging.

The entire content of this website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Salalo Amot.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to indemnify and hold Salalo Amot harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Salalo Amot, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salalo Amot assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of or access to this website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Singapore, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Singapore. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
